As one of TenneT’s Leaders, you are key to driving change in yourself, your teams, the organisation and the external environment. Phase III of Lead Your Team is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to do this. This applies particularly to leading people and embedding our principles of Ownership, Connection and Courage.
Looking ahead, there will be challenges that require new competencies and further learning. You may also need to develop new skills in your team. This is where your Personal Development Plan will help. The Lead Your Team Personal Development Plan is an easy to complete entry form with a matrix that matches the Learning Blocks of Lead Your Team with all competencies of the leadership profiles.
